I offer these classes and workshops in a variety of ways.

They can be 1 hour, 1 day, or longer retreats. You can also combine these classes and workshops with sessions to create your own experience. Workshop participants receive a 10% discount on all individual services. Contact melissa@healinghoneybee.com for scheduling and special event pricing.

We are all psychic beings, and we all have an energy field and an aura. Just like brushing your teeth or washing your face, your aura needs to be tended and refreshed. This system of energetic self care has the innate side effect of developing your intuition. The better we know our own energetic signature, the easier it is to tell when energy we experience is a frequency that actually belongs to someone else. This recognition is intuitive information that helps to transform anxiety into compassion. Making this a practice will help you organize and protect your own energy. This class is for anyone who has ever felt sensitive to energy (which is everyone), and who would like to learn some tools to make the most of that. Understanding how energy flows will help you turn your so-called weaknesses into your superpowers. In this class we will study methods of grounding and centering, releasing and integrating, and reclaiming scattered energy. These psychic maintenance techniques help us claim our own energetic space. We will explore manifesting and quantum field theory, and much more.

Shiatsu is a form of massage based on pressure points, meridians, and stretching. It is traditionally done on a mat on the floor, so having a massage table is not required to give your friends or family an effective treatment.  This class is not intended to be a professional training, rather a way to share healing with those you love. If there is interest, we can create a professional shiatsu training.

Tarot is a centuries old set of 78 archetypal images used for divination and insight. Each card holds a wealth of symbolism that can be interpreted in  myriad ways depending on the adjacent cards. Tarot takes infinity and breaks it into 78 pieces. In class we will break the deck down into its component parts to explore the meanings of the cards. We will practice laying out cards and conducting a reading. There will be ample decks available to use during class, and there will be decks available for purchase as well. If you already have a deck, feel free to bring it with you!

Reiki is the most widely recognized form of energy work in the world.  The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which  means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force  energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki I&II class is the prerequisite for the Master Level class. 

Reiki I&II is a 3-class pod. $200

Reiki Master is a 4-class pod. $350

This healing modality focuses energy through some of the most universal and beloved sacred symbols including om, ankh, and infinity. The energy is channeled through the avatars White Eagle and Love Eagle. Once the visionary healer, James Philip, attuned me to the master level of Alchemy Energetics, this vibration became a favorite tool in my kit. A group healing lasts about an hour. After a brief introduction, I will run the energy for 40-45 minutes. There is usually a sharing circle afterward to close. Maximum 22 participants in this format.
